1980 Triumph 750 Bonneville T140E TR7V T140D color 4 page brochure catalog printed in Meriden. Ok kids this is the RARE one . Printed in the UK, features pictures of both the British version (european) the American version with the cover showing the Special.On the back cover there is a reference to the TR7V single carb which to my knowledge was never even made past 1978.Very few 1980 models were made and in all my years I have never seen one here in the flesh. Triumph had overproduced in 1979 and got caught out by currency fluctuations so in 1980 they were still trying to sell the previous year at a huge discount . I bought a Special out the door for $2,350 in Mpls. while a college student there in the summer of 80. Nice collector condition , no writing or dealer imprint.
